Academic Council – Government Degree College, Pithapuram

 

The Academic Council of Government Degree College, Pithapuram, plays a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the academic activities of the institution. The council is constituted with the Principal as the Chairman and includes key members such as the Academic Coordinator, IQAC Convener, Time Table Convener, and a Senior Lecturer.

The primary objective of the Academic Council is to ensure the smooth conduct of academic affairs in alignment with the guidelines provided by Adikavi Nannaya University (AKNU). It is responsible for the effective implementation of the academic calendar issued by the university and works collectively to enhance the academic standards of the institution.

 

The council periodically reviews academic progress, recommends measures for improvement, and ensures that teaching, learning, and evaluation processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
